Blue Owl offers spectacular tree house vibes with a view of Mt Evans. Includes 1 bed / 1 bath / 1 bonus “loft” bedroom providing the perfect escape for 1-4 people Approximately 11,000-ft above sea level. Is accessed via a scenic 20 minutes drive from I-70, along Fall River Road. Walkable to the trailhead for St Mary’s Glacier, a 1.9-mile well-used trail to a beautiful lake. Includes parking. *4WD required winter months.* Roof/siding being replaced Aug and Sept during daytime hrs only.

Good to know

This unique condo offers high ceilings, waterfall shower, main bedroom with queen size bed, full kitchen and a bonus smaller “loft” style bedroom with a lower ceiling but large area with a queen size bed. (Not tall enough to stand up but plenty of room to sit up in bed, relax and read a book. Located off of the living room / kitchen area.)

HOUSE RULES: 1) No parties or other visitors unless approved by host and out of respect of the permanent residents. 2) 4wheeldrive strongly suggested during winter months. If your vehicle is not capable of making it up the mountain, we cannot offer refunds. 3) A charge of $20/person/night for guest count over 2 people

Everything was great. The spot itself was nice and modern and the views are great, (see pic) out the massive windows and the drive up. No real complaints from us on our stay. Would have to be real nit-picky to find things wrong, overall a great place.

This spot is ideal for a couple or even two couples heading to the mountains! It’s super clean, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the details. Everything in this place is curated and works perfectly; the host is very responsive.
